據(jù)俄羅斯油氣網(wǎng)7月7日喀山報道，根據(jù)匈牙利公司的技術進行的安裝將允許生產(chǎn)高質量的路面收斂劑，每年將提供多達50萬個汽車輪胎的二次加工。

　　大約25000噸RBM的高科技生產(chǎn)設施計劃在2023年中期投產(chǎn)。

　　正式投產(chǎn)儀式啟動了聯(lián)合項目的實施，韃靼斯坦共和國總統(tǒng)魯斯塔姆·明尼哈諾夫出席了投產(chǎn)儀式；出席投產(chǎn)儀式的還有 匈牙利外交部長Péter Szijjártó，韃靼石油公司總經(jīng)理Nail Maganov，俄羅斯煉油公司總經(jīng)理Ilshat Salakhov，匈牙利出口發(fā)展局總經(jīng)理Kristof Szabo以及匈牙利油氣集團的代表。

　　各方已同意建立一個合資企業(yè)RMB-Russ，并已簽署了匈牙利出口發(fā)展局頒發(fā)的合同。

　　除了生產(chǎn)和銷售橡膠改性瀝青，合資企業(yè)還將推廣匈牙利油氣集團的許可轉讓的技術。

　　其它以外，RMB的主要優(yōu)勢包括降低與改善車輛輪距、裂縫和坑形成相關的道路維護成本，以及減少5 - 10%的制動路徑長度等。

　　TATNEFT and Hungarian MOL Group will produce innovative bitumen

　　The installation made according to the Hungarian company’s technology will allow producing high-quality astringent for the road surface and will provide for the secondary processing of up to 500 000 automotive tyres per year.

　　The launch of high-tech production facility of the about 25 000 tons of RBM has been scheduled in the middle of 2023.

　　The official ceremony has started the joint project implementation and it was attended by Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan; Péter Szijjártó, Hungarian Foreign Minister; Nail Maganov, Gen. Director of TATNEFT, Ilshat Salakhov, Director Gen.of TANECO, Kristof Szabo, Gen. Director of the Hungarian Export Development Agency and representatives of the MOL Group.

　　The parties have agreed to establish a joint venture RMB-RUSS and signed the contract for a grant of the Hungarian Export Development Agency has been signed.

　　In addition to the production and sale of the rubber-modified bitumen, the joint venture will disseminate the licensed technology of MOL.

　　Inter alia, the main advantages of the RMB include reducing the costs of road maintenance associated with improved resistance to wheel tracking, cracks and pits formation, as well as reducing the braking path length by 5 to 10%, etc.
